POLICE SEEK BURGLARY SUSPECT
SAVANNAH, GA (February 5, 2010): Savannah-Chatham Metro Police (SCMPD) seeks a suspect wanted for burglary.
Marcus JONES, 19, is wanted for a residential burglary where a number of firearms were taken. JONES has been in contact with detectives and advised them he would turn himself in, but has failed to do so in the last two days.
JONES has a warrant for burglary on file; he may be armed, and is described as a black male, 5’10”, 185 lbs, black hair, brown eyes and is known to frequent the Windsor Forest area.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Marcus JONES is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 912-234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637) and in the body type “CStop2020” plus the tip. Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash award.
